What is FPOS (Family Planning Only Services)?

A program of Wisconsin Medicaid that covers most reproductive health services at 100% for both men and women.  That means no cost to you!

What Services are Covered?

Annual exams, birth control methods including IUDs and Nexplanon, STI testing and treatment, pap smears, condoms, colposcopy services, pregnancy testing, Gardasil—the HPV vaccine, basic blood panels such as CBC, TSH, and glucose, natural family planning, and much more.

Who is Eligible for FPOS?

Any U.S. citizen who lives in Wisconsin and makes less than $19.90 per hour.

What if you have private insurance? Individuals still are eligible if they have private insurance as long as they are a U.S. citizen, living in Wisconsin, and making less than $19.90 per hour

Do you have to be 18?

FPOS is a confidential health insurance program that will serve individuals under 18 years old, and this information will not be shared with parents or guardians.
