Insurance

Healthfirst accepts and bills most commercial health insurances. Please call (800) 246-5743 to see if your carrier is approved. If you do not have insurance, we will check eligibility for the FPOS program through the Medicaid program. If you do not qualify for this program or have other insurance fees (high deductible or copay) we will work with you through our sliding fee scale based on income. LEARN MORE
