Duties

• Answering the company phone
• Prepping condom bags
• Filing and regular office assistance for organization
• Assistance with community outreach projects
• Assistance with preparation and execution of fundraising events
• Complete community research in targeted communities for potential partners, interested individuals, officials, media, etc
• Research media contacts in targeted communities for outreach and marketing
• Assisting with staff training activities

Qualifications (varies by project)

• Must be able to communicate very effectively with a variety of populations and with clinic staff
• Must be professional in manner and appearance
• Must be able to maintain a non-judgmental attitude related to client situations and issues
• Must be able to maintain confidentiality under all circumstances
